About the Founder of CASET Prof. C.L vishen was born in 1934 in Rainawari, Srinagar. He
did his M.Ed, M.A in Math’s and Psychology from Delhi University. MS in Industrial
Engineering from University of New Heaven U.S.A and Ph.D from Kashmir
University. He was a full Bright Scholar in U.S.A and a visiting fellow
at Yale. He has worked in the field of Education all through his Career
spanning about 50 years. He has made significant contributions in the area
of Educational Technology and developed the Cybernatic Model of learning and performance.
Starting in 1974 in Kashmir valley he has established a chain of
educational institutions which have produced a large number of top
professionals in various fields.
